I am a Doula, providing labor support services in Addison and surrounding counties since 2008. I am a member of Doulas of North America, Birthing from Within and supporter of parent led birthing and the option of natural childbirth.
I am honored to be working with families as they prepare for the birth of their baby…holding the space for mom and partner to move freely and safely knowing that their best interests are kept in mind at all times.. I celebrate birth as a rite of passage and enjoy supporting parent’s initiation into parenthood. I offer a ‘soft and soothing voice” as well as enthusiasm for the Birthing From Within process to each birth while weaving in my own experiences as mother and herbalist.
In addition to my work as a doula I am an organic gardener, grower of herbs and owner of Camomile Blue-creating herbal body and baby care products.
I live in Ripton, Vermont with my two teenagers..Britta and Oliver.
